Delivery times, exchanges and what to do if something isn't right with your order.
Delivery
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
How long does delivery take?
- 2 to 5 business days for major cities, for example Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
- 5 to 7 business days for outlying or rural areas.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Exchanges
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We offer exchanges only, under the conditions listed below.
When can I exchange an item?
We only offer exchanges when:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- You received the wrong item, size or variant.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
What condition must the item be in?
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
What happens after my exchange is approved?
We will send you the return details. Once we receive the returned item, we ship the replacement.
I want something different. What is the fastest way?
Return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Can sale items be returned?
No. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Problems with an order
My item is damaged, defective or the wrong one.
